Torch On Felt Roofing
Our torch-on felt roofing uses modified bitumen sheets with polyester bases for superior strength and flexibility. This method creates durable, waterproof surfaces ideal for flat roofs. The flame-dispersible backing ensures secure adhesion while maintaining structural integrity over time.
Single Ply Roofing
Single ply systems provide exceptional movement tolerance for curved or complex roof designs. These lightweight membranes offer excellent waterproofing properties with minimal maintenance requirements. Ideal for both new installations and refurbishments across residential and commercial properties.
Built Up Felt Roofing
Traditional multi-layer felt roofing combines polyester underlays with protective cap sheets. Installed using specialist adhesives, this system delivers proven performance with enhanced durability. Suitable for flat roofs requiring cost-effective, long-lasting protection against weather elements.
Fascias & Guttering
We install and repair UPVC fascias, soffits, and guttering to complement flat roofing installations. Our systems ensure effective water management while enhancing property aesthetics. Regular maintenance prevents blockages and extends the lifespan of your complete roofing system.
Roof Maintenance
Regular inspections and maintenance prolong roof longevity. Our services include leak detection, membrane repairs, and gutter clearance. Proactive care prevents minor issues from becoming costly emergencies, maintaining your roof's performance throughout its 20-year guarantee period.
