I recently had Heritage Roofcraft Specialists out to my house in Leek for some urgent tile repairs after noticing water coming in during the heavy Staffordshire rain.
A few loose and cracked tiles on the pitched roof were letting water through, and I didn't want any damage spreading inside.

Our flat roof over the extension in Alsager started leaking badly during last winters heavy rain drips coming through the ceiling and a growing damp patch.
We were quoted eye-watering amounts for a full strip and replacement by a couple of bigger firms, so we were really worried about the cost.
Thankfully, we found Heritage Roofcraft Specialists through a local recommendation. They came out quickly, did a thorough inspection (including checking the drainage and insulation underneath), and explained the options clearly without any hard sell.
They said the membrane was still in decent shape overall, but there were a few failed seams, some ponding areas, and a couple of blisters that needed addressing properly.
They carried out a targeted repair: cleaned everything back, applied high-quality liquid-applied waterproofing system with reinforced fabric in the problem spots, improved the falls slightly to stop future ponding, and sealed all edges and outlets professionally. No need for a complete new roof at all.
The team were brilliant arrived on time, worked efficiently, kept the mess to an absolute minimum (tarps everywhere and thorough clean-up), and the whole job was finished in just two days. Since then (through some proper downpours), not a single drop of water has come through. The old mortar verge was starting to crack and let water in, so we wanted a more durable, low-maintenance solution that still looked traditional. I've had a nightmare with a persistent roof leak for over a yearfour different roofers came out, each one charged me a small fortune for temporary fixes that never lasted more than a few weeks. Really good service repaired flat roof and i have booked a replacement for later in the year. Did take a few days to get back to me but id imagine this is normal with busy trades.

I needed a reliable roofing specialist to complete a new roofing solution for our work unit in Knutsford, we were having bad water ingress and it was becoming hazardous for the workers, I had 4 companies to come and quote initially but Steve and Andrew stood out with the most detailed quote and fair costing overall and everything so far was very professional! this was the deciding factor, so we scheduled the work for January, dates were kept to schedule and with the roof now completed and the water ingress stopped i had the roof inspected for piece of mind, the inspection came back with a faultless roof and it looks great, they cant find a single fault.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and efficiency of Steve and Andy, theses guys deserve alot of praise they stopped a continuous leak of over 4 months, alot of roofers tried initially and prior and i dont blame the previous roofers as andy stated it was a very difficult circumstance , im extremely happy they were tidy from the start and my property was left cleaner than it initially was, the leak was tested rigorously after the repair. Im finally happy that the leak has stopped.

Fantastic! Had a leaking roof, contacted a number of roofing companies but their availability and pricing were not aligned with what I needed. I came across these guys whilst driving and I asked one of them if they had availability to look at my roof. Andy said he would be over at 6pm, come 5:50 he knocked on my door asked me a few questions, grabbed a ladder and quickly found the issue. Lucky he had some materials on his van to fix it permanently there and then. For sure incredible service and so professional too - even made sure my dog didnt escape (after becoming best friends with him).
