From the initial free quote to the final walkthrough, the whole process was seamless and stress-free. The team Andrew and jake were really professional who really know their stuff they arrived on time every day, explained everything clearly, and used top-quality materials that suit our period property perfectlynatural slate. They handled the full re-roof meticulously: stripping the old covering, repairing/renewing any timbers as needed, new felt/battens, precise slating, lead flashing, and ridge work. The attention to detail was impressiveno shortcuts, everything weather-tight and built to last. What stood out most was how clean and considerate they were: scaffolding went up and down efficiently , they protected our garden/driveway/flowerbeds throughout, cleared every scrap of debris daily, and left the site spotless. No mess, no dramaeven during changeable winter weather! I called them in a panic, and they were amazingly responsivearrived quickly to assess, quoted fairly on the spot, and actually completed the full repairs for both properties the same day!The team was professional, efficient, and clearly very experienced with pitched/heritage-style roofs (they specialize in that). Heritage Roofcraft specialists recently completed my garage flat roof for myself in Bramhall Cheshire in which it looks amazing i opted for a waterproofing system because the deck was good and solid but it needed updating due to a few cracks, I used a grp overlay system which was a flexibility system.

"I can't recommend Heritage Roofcraft Specialists highly enough! I've had a nightmare with a persistent roof leak for over a yearfour different roofers came out, each one charged me a small fortune for temporary fixes that never lasted more than a few weeks. I was seriously considering a full roof replacement and dreading the cost.

I was recommend Heritage Roofcraft Specialists from a friend who had previously used this company, I had a progressive leak in my front bedroom, I called and within the same day it was arranged to view the following day, they quoted and started work a week later, new membrane and battens and put tiles back in on the quarter front section, the leak has been resolved with no further issues. Really good service repaired flat roof and i have booked a replacement for later in the year. Did take a few days to get back to me but id imagine this is normal with busy trades.

I needed a reliable roofing specialist to complete a new roofing solution for our work unit in Knutsford, we were having bad water ingress and it was becoming hazardous for the workers, I had 4 companies to come and quote initially but Steve and Andrew stood out with the most detailed quote and fair costing overall and everything so far was very professional! this was the deciding factor, so we scheduled the work for January, dates were kept to schedule and with the roof now completed and the water ingress stopped i had the roof inspected for piece of mind, the inspection came back with a faultless roof and it looks great, they cant find a single fault.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and efficiency of Steve and Andy, theses guys deserve alot of praise they stopped a continuous leak of over 4 months, alot of roofers tried initially and prior and i dont blame the previous roofers as andy stated it was a very difficult circumstance , im extremely happy they were tidy from the start and my property was left cleaner than it initially was, the leak was tested rigorously after the repair. Im finally happy that the leak has stopped.

Fantastic! Had a leaking roof, contacted a number of roofing companies but their availability and pricing were not aligned with what I needed. I came across these guys whilst driving and I asked one of them if they had availability to look at my roof. Andy said he would be over at 6pm, come 5:50 he knocked on my door asked me a few questions, grabbed a ladder and quickly found the issue. Lucky he had some materials on his van to fix it permanently there and then. For sure incredible service and so professional too - even made sure my dog didnt escape (after becoming best friends with him). Would recommend these to everybody and I am certainly storing their number for future work for myself, friends and family! Again, thank you!!
