We needed a roof survey of a house we were buying and got in touch with Martin.
Other companies promised to do it but never turned up. Martin was professional, courteous, and able to fit us in within a few days and provided us with a comprehensive quote of the work required.

We used Windsor Roofing Solutions for my elderly in-laws as with the heavy rain they had quite a few leaks in the porch and velum window in loft. Not only did they fix the leaks they cleaned their guttering and unblocked the down pipe and fixed the connections on the guttering.
Extremely reasonably priced and very considerate of my in-laws they did not charge for the guttering which was really lovely of them as this took the longest to fix.

I had a couple of leaks in my garage/utility room roof. Based on previous reviews I called Windsor Roofing, and Martin arrived very quickly to assess the issues. There were a number of problems that needed addressing, and after a discussion with Martin, we decided a full roof replacement was the way forward. The quote seemed very reasonable. There was no pressure from Martin to do this & he would have done whatever I felt was best,
Martin and Ron are a great team, easy to talk to, and always ready to explain what they were doing or to answer questions. They worked very hard, completing the job in just under 4 days. It looks great now, and I'm very satisfied with the result.

Great company. Martin and Ronnie did a full roof replacement for me. Very polite, friendly and more than happy to explain any issues or concerns I had. Very competitive with prices. Was the cheapest quote I had by over 1k. Showed up on time every day. Completed the roof in 4 days with no issues. Kept their word, did everything as promised, kept to the quote and even advised me on what to do to get my money back from cowboys off checkatrade who screwed up my roof in the first place. Martin was called and told about the leak coming from the bay window which was Thursday, said he couldn't come out till Sunday, but made time to come the next day. Finished the job quickly, showed the pictures of the felt roof job he completed, work is gauranteed for 15 years for peace of mind. Highly recommended.

I had a leak few years back in a different room which I got fixed through someone else. So this time I decided to do the whole roof for peace of mind. Had a leak develop in my bedroom roof right over my bed on Sunday morning. Found Windsor Roofing and Martin came out as soon as he could and said he would start work on Monday morning, although it was his day off. Martin came out today due to a leak above my bedroom window which was coming from a few cracked roof tiles. Not having the correct size of tiles needed he went and source them and returned within a short time and done a great job and took photos and sent them to me. Very reasonable price and will have him back in the new year to rebed my ridge tiles.

Martin fitted new fascia and guttering to my roof and re bedded the ridge tiles using a modern system, namely the Dry Ridge which doesn't need any cementing. Got a quote before moving into a property in Birmingham, once moved in I called Martin to ask when he could begin. He was very responsive and answered any questions, started work within a few days, scaffolding up very quickly ready to begin. Did a combination of repairs we needed, very professional, great quality work, he explained everything he was doing and always showed me what he had done. Himself and his colleague were also very polite and friendly, especially with my 3 children running about in the garden having a nose.

Had some of my roof re felted last week by Windsor Roofing Solution, to help stop a leak in my roof, hasn't rained since then so couldn't tell if its stopped the leak, but regardless of that I am happy with the job done and the quality of the work, they are very professional with timing. Furthermore I was also given a guarantee that if any leak hasn't stop they would come back to sort it out.

Called Martin last Monday morning after I found a damp patch in my second bedroom, came round the same day to quote and after comparing with others was the best quote. He carried out the work on the Wednesday afternoon, barely even knew he was there and not an issue since! Can't complain, good worker, fair price and non-intrusive (I work from home) would definitely recommend!

I found Martin's company on Google as we were looking for someone to repoint a shared chimney and remove the top. He was very prompt from the start and came within 1-2 weeks after getting in touch which was a very good timeline for us. In the past, I've had a bad experience of cowboy builders who have given a 25 year guarantee but done a rubbish job and consequently gone out of business. I was therefore very cautious and had two other quotes and a number of "no shows" but Martin's quote was reasonable and he explained exactly what he would do. He was reliable, friendly and polite and obviously has pride in his workmanship. He provided photos at each stage of the process and left everything immaculate. I would definitely recommend him.

Martin come to have at look at my leaky flat roof roof on my house what I have been having problems with for years and suggested rather then patch it up give it a complete once over to get rid of the problem for good.
