Services
Flat Roofing
We deliver advanced flat roofing systems using high-performance Bituminous materials, self-adhesive products, and low-odour polyurethanes. Our solutions follow Safe2Torch guidelines while ensuring durability and thermal efficiency. Clients benefit from long-lasting installations that meet modern safety standards and environmental requirements.
Metal Sheet Roofs
Our metal roofing services include asbestos removal, insulated panel installations, and liquid coating applications. We specialise in minimising structural weight loading while extending roof lifespan. Commercial clients receive tailored solutions that balance cost-effectiveness with operational continuity during installations.
Pitched Roofing
We install pitched roofs using lightweight metal tiles, concrete alternatives, and traditional slates. Our expertise covers both simple office buildings and complex academy school projects. Each installation combines aesthetic appeal with weatherproofing performance and long-term durability.
Condition Reporting
Our condition reporting uses thermographic imaging, core sampling, and drone surveys to assess roof integrity. We provide detailed reports on lifespan projections, maintenance priorities, and budget planning. This service helps clients make informed decisions about repairs or replacements.
Principal Contractor
As principal contractors, we coordinate complete refurbishment projects including window replacements, lighting upgrades, and internal redecorating. Our approach ensures seamless integration of roofing work with ancillary building improvements, maintaining safety and compliance throughout the process.
