Services
New Roof Installation
Our new roofing service covers every stage of replacement, from carefully stripping existing materials to installing durable roof coverings. We inspect rafters and replace damaged timber where necessary, using dry ridge and verge systems for reliable results. Customers receive photographic assessments, transparent fixed pricing and written guarantee terms, with scaffolding and clean-up included.
Roof Repairs
We provide professional roof repairs, addressing slipped tiles, damaged slates, leaking valleys, defective lead flashings and loose ridge tiles. Our inspection process identifies the source of leaks before repairs begin. We provide photographs of the damage and a fixed written quotation. All work is guaranteed, with gutters cleared and debris removed upon completion.
Flat Roofing
From initial inspection to final handover, we undertake complete flat roof replacements using established installation methods. Existing materials and deteriorated decking are removed before new boards are secured. We introduce appropriate falls, fit EPDM or GRP coverings and finish the roof with suitable trims and outlets. Photographs document each stage of our work.
Roof Cleaning and Moss Removal
We provide professional roof cleaning and moss removal using careful manual scraping and low-pressure soft washing rather than high-pressure jet washing. Our process protects tile surfaces while removing accumulated moss and staining. We also clear gutters and downpipes, remove waste and inspect for visible defects. Every job includes photographs of identified problems and a fixed written quotation.
Closeboard Fencing
We provide closeboard fence installations designed to accommodate varying ground levels and maintain consistent boundary coverage. Treated wooden boards are overlapped and secured to horizontal rails supported by concrete posts. Gravel boards prevent direct contact between timber and damp soil. Our service includes optional matching gates, protective finishing details and removal of existing fencing.
Composite Fencing
For homeowners seeking a long-lasting fencing solution, we supply and fit composite panels that resist rotting, warping and splintering. Our installations accommodate standard heights up to 1.8 metres, including stepped arrangements for sloping gardens. We use concrete or aluminium post systems with properly levelled supporting rails. Annual cleaning with warm soapy water is the only recommended maintenance.
Landscaping
We provide comprehensive landscaping services covering garden clearance, ground preparation, drainage, turfing, patios, pathways and fencing. Our team carefully assesses ground levels and water drainage before commencing work. We handle multiple garden improvements within a single project, ensuring efficient coordination. Every job includes waste removal, a clean finish and a free fixed-price written quotation.
