Forthcoming Group brings together a range of property improvement services for homeowners throughout Sunderland and the North East, with our work focused on roofing, driveways, landscaping and brickwork. Ryan Forth founded the company with two school friends in 2022, combining knowledge gained through surveying, roofing, joinery, brickwork and landscaping. Our official business history began in 2022, but the team has decades of practical trade experience behind it. More than 500 projects have been completed across the North East, covering everything from roof repairs and replacements to new driveways, patios, fencing, garden makeovers, repointing and wider brickwork improvements. We have built our approach around understanding each property, giving straightforward advice, maintaining communication and ensuring that work is prepared correctly.

A survey provides the starting point for every project, enabling us to establish the work required and discuss the available options. We then help customers understand the most suitable way to proceed before the work begins. Our multi-trade team means that homeowners can use one company when their project involves roofing, driveways, landscaping or brickwork, including situations where several areas require attention at once. We organise the work carefully, involve the appropriate trades and check the result before completion. Particular attention is given to preparation beneath the finished surface, as this is relevant across all of our services. Once the project is complete, we explain the work undertaken, discuss any maintenance recommendations and provide the relevant guarantee information. We serve Sunderland and surrounding North East locations, including Newcastle, Gosforth, Darras Hall, Whitley Bay, North and South Tyneside, Durham and Northumberland.
