Really impressed with Josh and the team. Josh is a nice guy, treating his customers as friends not just someone who is about to give him money.
Was impressed with our quote as he was very respectful of the competition - I hate when tradesmen bad mouth each other to get business.
Talked about my roof as our roof when updating me on where its up to which demonstrates that they care about the work they do. Treating it like its their own.
He also gave good advice on other bits I needed doing around the house and suggested other tradesmen. Quote was as originally given, no nasty surprises and work looks good! Will definitely use them again. No wonder they are Which approved!
