Services
Roof Repairs
We offer comprehensive roof repair services for slate, tile, flat roofs, and lead work. Our team addresses leaks, chimney pointing, guttering issues, and ridge capping to restore structural integrity. Using like-for-like materials where possible, we ensure repairs blend seamlessly with existing roofs while extending their lifespan.
Flat/GRP Roofing
Specialist installation and repair of GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) flat roofs. Our systems provide durable, waterproof surfaces with fire-retardant properties and 18-year guarantees. We address thermal movement issues and replace aging flat roof coverings with high-performance alternatives tailored to property requirements.
Re-Roofing
Full re-roofing services for properties where repairs are insufficient. We match existing tile or slate aesthetics while upgrading insulation to meet energy efficiency standards. Our warm/cold roof construction methods prevent condensation issues, ensuring long-term thermal performance and compliance with building regulations.
Roof Alterations
Expert installation of Velux windows, roof lights, and ventilation systems. We convert flat roofs to pitched designs, remove redundant chimneys, and integrate flue terminals. Our alterations enhance natural light, improve ventilation, and modernise roof functionality without compromising structural integrity.
Velux Installation
Professional Velux window fitting for pitched and flat roofs. We install energy-efficient skylights that provide natural daylight, ventilation, and thermal insulation. Our solutions include remote-controlled options and solar panels, transforming dark spaces into bright, usable areas with toughened glass safety features.
