Services
EPDM Rubber Roofing
EPDM rubber roofing offers a durable, weather-resistant solution for flat and low-slope roofs. Ideal for domestic and commercial properties, this material withstands extreme temperatures and UV exposure. Mal Morris Roofing provides expert installation and repairs, ensuring long-term performance with minimal maintenance required.
Single Ply Membrane
Single-ply membrane roofing delivers a lightweight, flexible option for industrial and residential buildings. Our Resitrix-approved systems ensure watertight seals and energy efficiency. We install and repair these membranes using hot-air welding for secure, flame-free joints.
Flat Roof Repairs
Our flat roof repair services address leaks, wear, and structural issues promptly. Using high-quality materials and proven techniques, we restore roof integrity to prevent further damage. Regular maintenance extends the lifespan of your roofing system.
Roof Insulation
Flat roof insulation improves energy efficiency and reduces heating costs. We install insulation layers beneath roofing membranes, enhancing thermal performance while maintaining structural integrity. This service suits both new builds and retrofit projects.
Timber Decking
Timber decking adds functional outdoor space to roofs and balconies. We construct durable, weather-resistant decks using treated wood. Our installations combine aesthetic appeal with practicality, ideal for residential and commercial properties.
